exhausted

I am seriously exhausted today. I think I went overboard this weekend.

Friday I did my first hot power yoga. it went well.
Saturday I did circuit training, then jogging, then power yoga. I think that might have been a little over the top.
Today I did beginner yoga but omg it was a struggle.

I am very sore, exhausted, and grumpy. I'm off from working out tomorrow. I think I will take it super easy. My lower back hurts so bad.

40 days starts today

Unfortunately, today was my first day back into action. I had a cold that caused major fatigue so I gave myself some rest days.

Today I got back to zumba (and loved it) and started my 40 Days program.

I've promised transformation to myself and the rest of my 40 Days community so I can't back down or slack. I have to go into this full force and ready to rock.

40 days from today is my 29th birthday. Let's see how awesome I can be to celebrate it. I want to wear my pink dress out that night and feel amazing in it. I want to feel energized. I want to feel strong. This will be hard but it will be worth it. I'm going to make friends, have fun, learn about myself, and establish great habits.

Couch to 5K starts today

Today I am starting my Couch to 5k program. It is suppose to take 9 weeks to get me trained to RUN 5k in 30 minutes.

Right now I can walk and jog for 30 minutes. Mostly walk.

I was really pleasantly surprised during the program! At first it was hard but for the last 10 minutes of free form I jogged the whole time. :D I didn't think I could do that!! I hope I can keep up the good work.
